AIESEC question

In this weekend have the interview about oversea exchange, in order to take best perform, enough prepare is necessary. so I share some questions and answer it in today.

1. Please introduce yourself.

Active, care about the world, Efficiency, happiness to learning.

2. How do you prepare for going oversea?

understand its culture, prepare some nation skill, correct my attitude.

3. When you have problems in oversea, how do you solve?

first call my LC member, second I can call to public official and normal people, information is on your mouth.

4. What did you learn from these three years in AIESEC?(for AIESECer)

I am freshman in AIESEC, When I listen to the people, he is exchange to China, share his experiment, raising my motion and want to understand divers culture! In one-day-train His core philosophy is the same with me so, I really want see the big world.

5. How do you use these experiences in your work?

leadership : bare and response to manage people.

multi culture: forgive any viewpoint.

DT: don't be evil. contribute the enterprise, country or world.

6. What do you learn from AIESEC?

understand any one, teamwork, bare to against the fair, leadership, care the weak one.

7. Do it change your life?

yes, your vision decide your position.

8. Have you ever in fail?

I hard work, but my partner is not, I feel some frustration. patient make something, but it's not return.

9. What did you learn from it?

the same to question five.

10.What will you do when you go to oversea?

fusing there, get a lot of people, enjoy Development Traineeship, assign a project and solve it with teamwork.

11. After you go back, what do you contribute to your country?

share my experiment, build a website and announce informations by BLOG or BBS.

this experiment is important to my future, my job, my whole life.

12. What do you mean “comfortable surroundings”?

no battle, no gap at each other.

13. What do you think about work?

It's improve my life, open my mind, understand how do the social to run, and give my capacity to save the poor humans.

14. If you can’t match, whats will you do?

try and try again, prove my personal data, bright myself.

15. What do you expect from this match?

first I want to be Development Traineer. and than the TT is my favorite, because I majoy in EE.

16. What do you like and learn from tradition?

yes! your self-confident comes form your unique.

17. You will face the difficulty when you oversea, what will you do?

18. What do you introduce Taiwan to foreigners?

the government policy, local food, the landscape, Taiwan's students.

19. If you match, what’s the company you expect to?

I prefer to TT, I want to try the teamwork with other people.

20. What’s your point in your life?

contribute to human, raise people's power.
